Assign multiple mailboxes to an account

  1. Log in to your Email Exchange Manager
  2. Click on 'Email Exchange'
  3. Click on the name of your 'Organisation'
  4. Click on 'Mailboxes' on the left
  5. Click 'Create New Mailbox' button
  6. If this mailbox is for a new user, select 'New User'
  7. If it's for an existing user, select 'Existing User'
  8. Enter the required information and click 'Create Mailbox'
